Discount Cut offs:
- Loyalty: Did you have a stand at the 2019 show? If yes, 10% discount valid to March 31, 2022 - Closed
- Early Bird: Are you booking prior to 15 March 2020. If yes, take 2.5% off stand price - Closed
- Full payment 100%: Are you paying in full(100%) at time of booking? Valid for bookings up to March 31, 2022. If yes, take 2.5% off stand price - Closed

General Payment Terms:
30% Stand Deposit: Due within 30 days of booking invoice (up to Feb 1, 2022)
30% 2nd instalment: Due - February 1, 2022 unless otherwise stated on your invoice
40% Final instalment: Due - July 1, 2022 (date can be adjusted if you prefer the invoice to fall in the previous Australian tax year)
NB: A monthly or regular payment plan can be organised if preferred
NB: Public Liability Insurance is not included in the stand cost. It is a venue requirement & a condition of exhibiting that all stand holders have a certificate of currency demonstrating a Public Risk Liability policy for AUD$20,000,000. The Organiser will endeavour to source competitively priced quotes, but it is the responsibility of companies not already in possession of a Public Liability policy to secure insurance coverage. Public Liability certificates for those who do not have it will be $100 for full show coverage.
